By using YelloScan at yelloscan.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. YelloScan is operated by YelloPost Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

The Service

YelloScan provides a free automated website visibility audit. The audit checks publicly available signals including Google/local presence, website performance, conversion signals, ADA accessibility indicators, and technical factors. Results are provided for informational purposes only.

What You Agree To

• Provide accurate information when submitting a scan request
• Only submit website URLs that you own or have authorization to scan
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the scanning infrastructure
• Not submit competitors' websites to gather their data for competitive advantage

Limitations of the Audit

YelloScan provides an automated assessment of publicly visible signals. The results are not a guarantee of search ranking, legal compliance, or website performance. Specifically:

• Scan results are not legal advice — ADA scores do not constitute a legal opinion on your compliance status
• Google/local scores are estimates based on publicly visible signals, not official Google data
• Performance scores are based on Google PageSpeed data at the time of the scan and may vary
• Results reflect a snapshot in time and may not reflect your site's full capabilities

Communications

By submitting your email address to receive a scan report, you consent to receive that report and related follow-up communications from YelloPost Inc. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email or contacting us directly.

Intellectual Property

YelloScan, its scan reports, scoring methodology, and all related content are the property of YelloPost Inc. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell scan results without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YelloScan is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. YelloPost Inc. does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

YelloPost Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of YelloScan, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of YelloScan after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
